This Church event will create a space for our church body to gather, engage and connect with one another.
This Gathering is divided into two events an Outdoor Service and a Picnic (so make sure you sign up for both).
We will have an Outdoor Service where we will listen to live music, partake in communion and listen to praise reports, as a church body, following with the pre-determined health and safety guidelines.
After the in-person service, we invite you to stay and enjoy a picnic on the grass in the back with your family in accordance with the pre determined health and safety guidelines.
Important Notes
- People will need to go through the typical COVID symptoms checklist upon arrival. If you are feeling ill or have any COVID symptoms, stay home.
- Masks are recommended ONLY if a person is not fully vaccinated or unable to keep a 2m social distance (e.g. socializing and milling around).
- As recommended by our PAOC BC / Yukon District, church staff and volunteers who are interacting with people (greeter, check-in, kids ministry, etc) will wear a mask all times they are “on the job.”
- People will still need to provide their own communion elements and picnic food.
