On Sunday, June 30th at 10 a.m., both campuses will join together at South Arm Outdoor pool for a picnic and worship service, including baptisms. We've got the beautiful fenced-in picnic grounds of the outdoor pool booked till 12 noon so we can enjoy a time of singing in worship together, some testimonies, and a chance to baptize some of you in water. Then we'll break open the picnic baskets (you bring) and we'll hang out and enjoy some fellowship on the grounds and in the water. The doors will open to the public at 12 noon but you'll be free to stay and hang out as long as you like.
South Arm Pool is off Williams just south of 4 Rd in Richmond. Parking is available throughout the park. •view location map
What you need to do...
- Bring a picnic lunch for you and your family and a little extra to share if needed. (we'll supply some drinks & an ice cream treat for dessert)
- Bring a blanket to sit on (some picnic tables are available). Or a lawn chair
- A bathing suit for having fun in the pool after lunch
What we will provide...
- An encouraging outdoor, family-friendly, worship event (complete with testimonies)
- Ice Cream treats for all
- Water & Juice
